The most important - excellent and incredible location close to sea. Very clean bed, fairly clean bathroom and a private safe, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room.

The staff was excellent, amicable. The location of the hotel was central, close enough to the beach and the restaurant street, the old port and beach, and airport. Besides, it was 5 mins walk from Portu zaharra.

Great value and good small hotel with lovely design. The rooms new-fashioned, adequate with a standard bedroom and balcony. Very very helpful and excellent staff; easy check in. Magnificent and incredible location close to the seafront and easy access to a market and shops. Besides, very convenient to Saint Eugenie Church. Simply no reason to complain, pleasant stay.

The twin room I stayed in was modern with a balcony and a bath. The check in was early, the staff was extremely friendly. It had marvellous and fantastic location, short walk to all the restaurants and shops, and cute Port Vieux beach.

Really great experience there. Fairly clean place, staff was welcoming. Incredible location so close to 2 bars looking over the water, the main bus stop and Biarritz for surfing, a short walk to Port Vieux. Also, in a separate adjoining area.
